Newly defined activity zones can not be saved. Movement detection is carried out in the "Everywhere" sector.

Just to make sure.... are you hitting the save button after each one is created. I just redefined my 3 zones and saw them all in three defined colors.

I have saved the zones. Furthermore, the entire visible zone is recordet.

Don't forget that once you create the zones you also have to enable them in your modes/rules. By default the whole scene is used unless you specify the zones in your rules.
