cannot connect using apple extreme

Hi,

can't connect my new product.

Have a cable modem which is set in bridge mode. Attached an Apple Extreme as router.

Camera set up times out on setting it up. Doesn't work on the 2,5 and 5 GHz and guest network. No special characters in SSID or password, no hidden SSID.

Even tried this one https://www.rainmachine.com/support/portforwarding/Port-Forwarding-Apple-AirPortExtreme-Router-for-HTTPS.pdf without succes.

I am pretty sure it is the network setting and the arlo because I bought last week an Arlo Pro set which couldn't connect both cameras. Returned them to the reseller and bought this camera in stead.

Open a case with support. It sounds like a networking issue they may be able to work around.
