&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When factory resetting, be sure you are holding the reset button in until you hear&amp;nbsp;a "click". The camera will then reboot indicating that the reset is finished.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When adding the Arlo Q to your account be sure you are entering the SSID and password &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;exactly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;how it appears (Case sensitive).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Be sure the device you are using to add the Arlo Q is on the same network.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased an Arloq, easy to use and install. I then bought a second camera from a friend (another arloq) but I cannot get it to connect, everytime I get through the Qr code part it just won't connect &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Need help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sure have along with changing my wifi username and password to not contain any special&amp;nbsp;characters as I heard that can cause issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did your purchasee reove the camera from his setup? &amp;nbsp;Maybe that's keeping you from registering it in your setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
