Cannot sync Arlo Q

Hi, I have not been able to get the Arlo Q synced. I go through all the steps. Get the chime, then I get the error sound. I have a 5G router.

Most of the time a simple reset of the Q wil fix this issue

Hold reset for about 10 sec till the fron led flashes amber.... go thru sync process again

The Q works on 2.4 and 5 ghz routers

Ok, well....now I feel stupid...that seems to have fixed it. It is updating firmware but I saw my first picture with it.
