    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Streak2! Thanks for your input. Unfortunately my router only has LAN access. and no WIFI &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; I neither want to add another router with WIFI to solve my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, Netgear assumes it's a hard ware failure and they'll send me another Arlo Q &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't connect my new Arlo Q camera to my Apple Time Capsule.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything worked perfect until I tried to establish internet connection. First I used my secured WIFI (WPA2), next via my open connection (no password).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing changed whatever I used my IPhone app or via my Mac.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried everything from re-booting the unit to factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming your Time Capsule is plugged into your ISP's router, have you tried setting up the Arlo Q linking it to your ISP's wifi instead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
