I would like to mount my Arlo Q on an interior window - pointed to capture activity outside. Has anyone come across a suction mount that might work for this application? Or alternatively a mount with a long arm i can attach to the interior window sill? Does the Arlo Q support 1/4" 20 thread standard mounts (for cameras)? thanks

No but the camera comes with a magnetic mount. Can you utilize that somehow?

I would use a Command hanging strip to hold up a small bracket that would mount to the window. The bracket would hold up the Ario camera.

BTW, you do know the base plate comes off for a mounting bracket ?/

How ever you mount it, use a short tether just in case ( make sure power cable secure too )

I would shy away from suction cup mount for long term,,, use them alot and have found over time the temp changes expands/contracts the suction part and it pops off
