One camera connects another doesn't. Has power

We have two cameras, One is working without problems. Other intermittently fails to connect even though it has power. Tried turning off and on, without luck. When working has good picture and sound. Any ideas?

Swap the locations of the two cameras....See If the problem follows the camera .. if it rehappens do a RESET of the Q and retest...

If it still continues Contact Netgear Support
