Does not sound normal... My Q is fine up to 40-50 ft with the sense level, about 30 ft with people all thru glass double pane window.

( don't use night vision )

Sense level is adjustable ( to the right is higher ).

Try a reset of the camera by holding in the reset till the camera led flashes and then resync... try again.

If still NG, contact Netgear or exchange if possible

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I bought an Arlo Q wifi . And I tried motion detection with night vision and without...

1- With light, motion detection works sometimes and some times not! Sensitivity has been sat on max. (Distance was max 8 feet)

2- With night vision I needed to get closer to camera (3 feet) then camera could detect the motion.

Did I miss something or?

Please guide me to fix my problem.

Thanks
