can't get arlo q to read the QR code. The blue light blinks until it sound the no connection sound and goes back to blinking amber.

Do a reset of the Q then try again....

Hold the reset for about 10 seconds till the front led flashes amber. resync as before

I did a reset and got the sme results. won't read the QR code. My other camera still works but can't get the second one to get past the last setup portion reading the QR code. Guess it is time to return it. already wasted to much time with this product.

A simple swap at the store would get you a new one.
