I don't know how to work the CVR. I have the basic plan, but I don't know how to look at what I have supposedly recorded.

I can't find the BACK designation on my live display. I don't think it is actually recording. Do I need to push "Add device"?

When I push on the clock icon, it goes to a screen that says "Add CVR plan to your Arlo Q camera to use the timeline feature. Upgrade"

If I click on UPGRADE, it takes me to a screen that shows UPGRADE NOW. When I click on that, the View Plans comes up and

shows Current Plan greyed out, so I assume it should be working. I get little short recordings with no problem; I just don't know how

to access the continuous CVR.

You have 3 plans, Basic ( free ) , Premier ($), Elite ($$)

The CVR is a forth paid option separate from the three
