    <description>&lt;P&gt;Two possibilities:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Old firmware on the camera prevents the use of special characters (non alphanumeric) in either the SSID or passphrase. If the router has a guest WiFi capability, enable that using bland SSID and passphrase. Let the camera get the firmware update, and change the WiFi the camera connects to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) The camera needs to be reset. Use the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Try syncing again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A final thought - it won't work on WEP so make sure you're using WPA2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone through the setup steps, double checked network and passwords were completely correct.&amp;nbsp; It still gives me the raspberry sound and will not complete setup!&amp;nbsp; I have it literally right next to my router and made sure my phone and/or laptop were connected to the same network....&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Working fine here so it's possibly a local issue. Have you tried power cycling and/or resetting the camera?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FIXED..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently you have to Factory default the Arlo Q after the firmware upgrade ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT very user friendly !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 Arlo Q and they both had the same problem :(.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After Factory defaulting they both work again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
