after hearing the chime while viewing the bar code installation does not progress. The camera then makes a two tone buzzer sound and reverts to a flashing amber light. I'm adding the camera to a system with two current cameras. I have turned on and off several times. Rebooted computer without results.

Do a full reset of the Q cam...hold in the reset button for about 10 sec til the led flashes...

Attempt sync again as if new.

( older Qs had problms with special charactors in the SSID/Password for the wifi ( not knowing you version if it was sitting in stock a while ))
