    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm embarrassed to say that the problem was user error.&amp;nbsp; The solution was to take the plastic film (from packaging) off&amp;nbsp;of the camera unit resulting in the microphone&amp;nbsp;actually being exposed.&amp;nbsp; Duh!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does my volume not work?&amp;nbsp; It's at the highest setting, but it is so faint, I can't make anything out in the recordings.&amp;nbsp; The microphone function, however, works fine!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
