Q recordings with CVR

I recently added CVR to my account for my one Q camera. I've found that with CVR enabled recordings start AFTER motion is detected, like the wireless cameras. If I disable CVR, the recordings include a few seconds prior to what actually causes the motion detection so you can see what leads up to the detection. I've opened a case on this because it used to work the same, regardless of whether CVR was enabled.

Anyone else with CVR wanna check and see whether their recordings start after motion detection or before?

I have seen the same problem after I activated CVR on my account. I have just opened a case for this.

I created a case last week (27594475). I've followed the steps so far including resetting the camera and getting before and after videos. One little PITA is that after disabling CVR and then reenabling it, I have to power cycle the camera to actually have CVR work. Otherwise it shows the CVR timeline but nothing is available to view, only the live view.
