You don't!... The Q camera connects directly to your home wifi system and does not connect to the base. ( USE ADD DEVICE )

It will also have it's own schedule and arming

Is there a camera with a microphone and speaker that I can connect to my base station. I have no Wifi where my base station is located, and would need a microphone and speakers as Arlo Q camera.

Do I need to change base station or can I just buy a Arlo pro camera and keep my other two cameras Arlo?

What camera? If wireless, any Arlo wireless camera will connect to any Arlo base. Q cameras just use your WiFi.
