First just in case, what is the data thruput your service provides....

the Q can peak at 1.5mb/ sec at high rez.

If service is good, have you tried a reset of the Q? Hold reset for about 10 sec till led flashes Amber, then resync again

If still NG , contact support

I'm not getting very good video quality when someone walks by at average speed. The person looks blurry. I have tried the highest video quality to the lowest quality and nothing works. See my dog walking casually to get an idea of what I am referring to. Same situation happens with people. Thanks for input

My internet service is supposed to provide Download Speed: 105Mbps /. Upload Speed: 20Mbp if that makes sense. Is this enough?

I'll try resetting.

turbontaz,

It could be due to poor signal strength which will cause the camera to struggle maintaining it's WiFi connection.

To further isolate, you could change the cameras location (bringing it closer to your router) to see if you get the same behavior.
