Night vision turns itself on each night

I have night vision turned off but each night at dusk the night vision activates on the camera even though it is set to off still.

Given that I have the camera inside but looking out a window, all i see in the vision is then the infra red lights glowing back at me. The

only way to revert back is to reset the camera.

Any ideas on how I can make sure the night vsion stays off?

Try and toggle the illuminators off and on a few times ( save each time ) and see if it stays...

If it continues, put in a trouble ticket

Whzat firmware is the Q running? It should be 1.8.0_5551. Older versions seemed to cause this. I haven't had an issue in some time.

Running 1.8.0_5551

I may do a factory reset on the weekend and see if that changes anything.
