&lt;P&gt;Did you first remove the camera from your account before attempting to resync?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select the camera &amp;gt; Remove device.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After the device has been removed, attempt the sync process again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;camera lost connection-&amp;nbsp; went to resync - unplugged it,&amp;nbsp; reset it and started through the set up process at least 5 times-&amp;nbsp; after reading the IR code&amp;nbsp; it tries to sync them beeps and goes back to amber flashing light&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; only had this camera 5 weeks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i fixed it-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and i got an email from netgear saying if i did not reply they would consider the case close&amp;nbsp; yet the email is a no reply&amp;nbsp; so how are you suppose to reply?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
