The temperature spec for the Arlo Q is -10C to 50C. Customer Support has confirmed this, and it is also located in the Netgear 2016 retail guide.

https://www.netgear.com/landing/mobile/index.html#p=106

What is the temperature range for Arlo Q?

Placed in an outdoor storage it works fine down to 35 deg. F (2 deg. C), for now at least. But in the winter it could be as cold as -4 deg. F (-20 deg. C). Do I have to worry?

Unknown. It's designed and marketed as an indoor camera which implies heated space. It may be fine but if outdoors, you'd need to provide weather protection.
