Smart Notifications

I have the latest Arlo app

When I follow other posts to access smart notifications, they aren't there :

Profile icon :

Above 'locations and plans' all I have is just "Notifications"

Entering this area just has notifications on or off - or - "go to settings" which only allows me to turn on or off notifications and sound and vibration on or off

Where are smart notifications ?

Go into the location - you'll find the settings there.

Location Name

Address

Time Zone

Location Settings [only offers F or C]

Under Access I have 2 guest people

My second account for my tablet and another relative

Under both I just have Allow Access Rights and Cameras

I don't see what you've posted

For info, this is an ArloQ and the latest Android on a Samsung 23+

You have to have a plan to have smart notifications. Your first screenshot shows you don't have a plan that includes smart notifications, but just the basic one (that doesn't offer smart notifications).

Arlo charge a fee (subscription) to get smart notifications (unlike other companies like Eufy, who offer smart notifications for free).
