setting sensitivity to 70%, it literally doesn’t capture anything even the delivery guy comes, leaves the package on the door front…then putting back 100% then it captures every slightest movement, such a horrible product!! I will be soon replacing all cameras with a more reliable brand

Hi @atik10us

Thank you for the feedback. Do you still need assistance with your camera? Have you tried adjusting the camera placement or any of the sensitivity ranges in between the 70-100 percent range?

I tried increasing the sensitivity to 80, but it still didn't catch the delivery person. It seems to be 'all or nothing'—at 100, it triggers for every tiny movement, but there’s no reliable middle ground. At this point, I think the best move is to switch to a brand with better detection technology

I see, I also noticed that the cameras on your account are from the Arlo Pro series. Are these the devices you're referring to. You posted in the Arlo Q board. Since these cameras are about six years old and have reached end-of-life status, it's possible that normal hardware wear over time could be contributing to the detection issues you're experiencing. That said, we've made some great improvements in our newer camera lineup, with updated hardware and enhanced detection capabilities that I think would make a real difference for you. I'd be happy to help you explore some options if you're interested.
