I've used tinyCam Monitor in the past (Android only, I think). There's a free version as well as a Pro one.

I have a few Arlo Q cameras that I want to use for live streaming and playback options. I'm looking for software that doesn't need a subscription service to use it. If there's free and open-source software available, that would be great.

While, IMO, the Qs are one of the best cameras made by Arlo to my knowledge there is no other sw that will operate the cameras as 'stand-alone' cameras.

But on the other side, the Q cameras are in the Legency group of Arlo cameras and still function for free ( 7 days recording ) without issue.
