      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an old Arlo Q. Just granted access to my mother and have setup app on her mobile. I can see notifications push through but cannot see the device on her mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure you two are using the same type version of the app....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;that's the one version would have a Library, the other a Feed ( for videos ) ...they need to be on the same type ( IIRC).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since yours are older cameras, are you on the older type version and Mom on the new?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;they should... remember that you must pick cameras and allow access rights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
