    <description>&lt;P&gt;The banner alerts (push notifications) need to have permissions enabled, look in the phone settings for the arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The notifications types are decided by the mode/camera rules so check these also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you added your new phone and trusted it in the two-step verification menu, is it also selected as the primary device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
