      <title>2023 Firmware update: one of two Arlo Q can’t be found</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the firmware update in 2023 one of Arlo Q’s won’t connect. &amp;nbsp;It does not show up on WiFi connected devices any longer. Our other Q is fine as well as our other Arlo’s. &amp;nbsp;Every other arlo pro and Q are working well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our problem is this one Arlo Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get the QR Code, it chimes but arlo app can’t find it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- we tried installing on the desktop and that did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-we did multiple factory resets, holding reset button until it clicks and blinks Amber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-we are positive the WiFi is working (all other arlo pro cameras are functioning, along with our other Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-we are positive we entered correct WiFi credentials&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- we keep the Arlo Q 10 feet from router when trying Set Up, we repositioned router too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s been no usable for approximately two months now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after the firmware update. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s now March 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could this one camera have been bricked because of a bug in the firmware update?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should we do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
