Arlo is sending me emails in Chinese without any option to unsubscribe - how to unsubscribe?

Arlo is sending me emails in Chinese without any option to unsubscribe - how to unsubscribe?

I am based in Hong Kong, hence the language, however I do not want to receive any newsletter emails, especially not in Chinese. I neither want to mark them as Phishing/Spam, as I do not want to miss any important ones but if they do not an option to unsubscribe, I will do so. Any other advice?

Go into settings, and look at your account profile. At the bottom there is a setting that says "keep me up-to-date on the latest news, support, and more from Arlo." If you haven't unchecked that, then I suggest doing that.

thanks, I've unchecked this. However i just wanted to change the language to ENG. Any way to do this?

Not sure if support can change that or not. I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ), in hopes they will chime in.
