    <description>&lt;P&gt;2 days ago I noticed I had no library videos after receiving a notification.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes there is a slight delay so I tried to be patient but then I noticed the previous days library was empty too -- even though I got several notificaitons throughout the day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not connect to live streaming either -- just a spinning circle.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; But today when I started troubleshooting (powered off router and Q, updated app), I can now get Live but still no libraries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My gut tells me this is a server issue, but what do you all think?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's now 4 days with no library (a couple of hours since troubleshooting).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VMC3040 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried making a manual recording, and see if that is stored?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It resolved itself!!&amp;nbsp; woo-hoo!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My first test after the troubleshooting steps definitely failed and is still not in library, but perhaps there was additional lag time needed to sync fixes and server.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Subsequent motion hits are now visible in library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, one big giant coincidence. ha!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still curious what the actual problem was, but I guess can only speculate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
