      <description>Dear all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am having trouble connecting my Arlo Q camera. After scanning the QR code I hear the chime, but the camera is not discovered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- I tried it with the iOS and web App on several devices.&lt;BR /&gt;- I reinstalled the App on iOS, logged out, logged in…&lt;BR /&gt;- I reset the camera with the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;- The camera is close to an access point and shows excellent signal.&lt;BR /&gt;- It appears as connected in the wifi controller app.&lt;BR /&gt;- It has been working until the end of September.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anything I miss?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I walk through the setup process and hear the chime.&amp;nbsp; I get the chime, but the app is not "finding" the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing everything that you request.&amp;nbsp; Also, I am running NetGear Nighthawk x10.&amp;nbsp; I verified that "Access Control" is turned OFF.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
