ARLO Q - Record time does not change

I know HOW to change the record time. Problem is when I try to change it, then save it, the camera still only records 60 seconds.

I have “Record for a fixed length of time” checked. I set the slider to record 120 seconds. But all I get is 60 seconds or less. I would expect an actual fixed length.

I have tried unchecking it, checking the “Record until activity stops”, save, but it still records for 60 seconds whether motion continues or not.
When I go back to verify my change did save, it does show correctly the modification I made.

I even restarted the camera - still the problem.

You state a restart of the camera, but did you do a full reset ?

Thank you for your response.
Considering the cameras are 1200 miles away - reset isn’t available. They are being used to monitor home care for my 94 year old father and the home health aides won’t or can’t handle a full reset like that.
