    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have other Arlo Q cameras that work fine....added a 5th Q camera and it records movement videos that play back with sound, but the on screen message says it's not connected. Have removed and reinstalled several times...does it need ' a day ' to update firmware or software ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WWC47&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interestingly the error message went away overnight....&amp;nbsp; since it was recording movement and putting videos into the library it HAD to be connected....so I thought I would just leave it alone overnight see if it straightened itself out .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It did ...&amp;nbsp; I've seen this before with Q cameras....they go through the setup process fine, view the barcode , make the 'Chime ' sound , take a name, and say ' Finished ' and then they do not connect properly.&amp;nbsp; A day later they are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's almost like a delay in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WWC47&lt;/P&gt;</description>
