Shows recorded pics based on motion detection but can't see any live. Says offline.

i recently bought Arlo Q and it has been installed on my Arlo app and have added this to my other devices. BUT it only showing recorded pictures based on motion detection, but can't show any live pictures (app says " Your Arlo device appears offline. Please make sure its powered on and connnected to internet ) device is connected" - which is obviously not correct as still recordings are being transmitted). I tried to re-connect the Arlo Q (both to the current network as well as to another network), but no success.

Any recommendations what to do?

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Also try another device such as a computer.
