topic Arlo Q powered off randomly and tried unplugging and plug back in but won't stay on? in Arlo Q

Having trouble with my Q. The other day it powered off (plugged directly into socket via Arlo cable/adaptor) at random. I unplugged and plugged back in and it won’t stay on. I noticed the status light remains amber for 30-40 seconds then flashes amber/blue/purple for 5-10 seconds and then goes dark again. This sequence occurs every time I unplug/plug. Tried holding the sync button to establish a connection with the app but no luck. Any help is appreciated!

I would try a different charger first although I don't think that's the problem. If that doesn't help, hold the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. You'll also need to remove the camera from your account. Try to add it back using the normal procedure. If that fails, it sounds like a hardware problem. You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they can provide clues but if the camera is out of the 1 year warranty that's all they can do.
