    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After 2 years of purchase, Real time monitoring and capturing, save video function is still good.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But, the motion detect function menu is unavailable and could't detect motion and sound.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, after then, I couldn't get any message form app. and mail form arlo service.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, on subscription menu said 'No subscription' and I couldn't change it. &lt;BR /&gt;How can I solve the problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Delete device and then reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't know why, but it works.&lt;/P&gt;
