Arlo q not connecting after trigger. When triggered, just connects & stops adding video to library.

I have an Arlo q and 5 Arlo pro 2 connected to my base station. The Arlo pros are working well but I get a continuous issue with Arlo q recently. When I have a trigger I want to go and take a look what has triggered it but it just sits there connecting and then it stops adding videos to the library and I can only reconnect to it if I reboot it? I've tried to connect on 4g and I've tried connecting via an iPhone and iPad and both do the same of continuously saying connecting whereas the pro cameras connect fine. The shapshot updates to show a new picture I assume after it thinks it has written the video of the trigger but there isn't one? Any ideas as this seems to happen all the time now?

Arlo q is version 1.9.0.0_269 / Base station is 1.16.1.3_3394_1a608c1

You Q FW is good, but the base info doesn't matter.... as the Q connects directly to the home wifi ( not the base )

Since it's not working , I would do a reset of the Q and bring it back as if new.
