    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "&lt;SPAN&gt;once I go to video settings that’s when it pixelate the video"? Do you change the resolution? If changing to better quality causes this, it's either a signal issue to the router or your upload speed. Just viewing the section doesn't change anything.&amp;nbsp; I don't think a firmware update would fix anything since it seems to be something about your installation environment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's your upload speed? Have you tested it lately? Try moving the camera closer to the router to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for replying back so I’ve noticed that once I go to video settings that’s when it pixelate the video. And the only fix is to remove and reconnect but I go back to video settings that’s when it will do it again so sounds like they need to put a new firmware to fix that feature.</description>
