Able to scan Arlo Q camera for QR but not finding my camera

Arlo Q
It allows me to do everything I scan the code it accepts it but when it comes to finding my Arlo camera it can’t am I doing something wrong

I got mine working try and reboot your wifi it worked for me

Thanks, tried that already, did not make a difference. I had to reset my Arlo Q by holding the reset button through several LED cycles (amber, purple, blue, etc). Finally got it to sync and work. Thank you for your advice, I'll try you're tip next time when it goes out.
