When you say "cable" do you mean the charger, too? Did the new charger have the same output capabilities as the original one? Did you contact support using the link at the bottom here?

Hi Folks,

this is my second Arlo Q camera which went dead in few months time. Pulled the plug to move Arlo somwhere else. It will not power up again when plugged into power. No led light, nothing. Tried different cable - no luck. Both cameras went dead with the same symptoms. Any ideas how to review it back to life?

Sounds like a hardware problem. If still in warranty, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
