I have downloaded many videos now it gives me an error when I try to download. Error: Cocoa error -1
Does anybody know what that is?

Hi DMTZ,

What phone device are you using and what iOS/Android version are you running on your phone device? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and/or rebooting your phone device?

It seems to have cleared up today. I can download today. But would still like to know what went wrong in case it happens again. Thank you!
