Delete Arlo Account

I have contacted Arlo multiple times via customer service and their Chat Site. I have requested multiple times to have my account canceled and still have not succeeded. I made it very clear to the representative. I wanted to cancel, but they continuously asked me more and more questions to try to either stall or hope that they would wear me down so I would not cancel. I’ve written the word cancel more times than I’d like to think. I’ve stated to them and made it clear I want my account canceled, but unfortunately, after almost a month, they still haven’t canceled it. Looks like I’m going to an attorney, hopefully after I hire one and they end up going through all the trouble they’ll change their practices. I will never ever ever re-sign with their service again. And I will make it very clear to others not to utilize Arlo service thank God there are many social media sites to post their shady practices.
