7-day free cloud storage was a feature of the legacy cameras (Pro, Pro 2, some others). Arlo stopped offering it on new camera models back in 2018, starting with the Ultra. All the currently sold cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.

I have had Arlo for about seven years and until my Jen two started having issues. I never had a problem looking at the feed of my cameras as far as recordings went they would delete automatically after one week for no subscription charge. When they started breaking down, I contacted Arlo and they told me I needed to upgrade the cameras so I went to the six Pro and I can no longer see the feed of my pictures from one week without paying a fee according to them. So my question is when did they change that rule that you didn’t get six or seven days worth of the video feed and then they just automatically deleted without having to pay a fee?
