Have you swapped cameras around to see what happens? Perhaps it's the specific scene causing the issue. If that's true, post screenshots of both cameras' views for comments.

Generally, I don't see a significant difference between camera models' exposures unless something is causing it (for instance, I have a camera looking through a screen that causes major problems in the exposure).

Hi,maybe someone here can help or resolve my issue. I have 5 pro 4 cameras and 2 pro 6 cameras. The picture quality on pro 4’s are excellent. And pro 6 cameras quality is to bright. I turned brightness down one setting and now it’s too dark at night. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Dsmith0222

Are you still experiencing this symptom?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

If you like, you can try re-installing one of the Pro 6 cameras to see if the symptom improves. To verify, is this occurring on both cameras exactly the same.

Hi. Ive delete two cameras and then reinstalled them. My pro 4 picture camera quality is excellent compared to pro 6. My brightness on pro 6 is one setting lower than default and then at night the picture quality is too dark. If you could get a pro 4 and pro 6 camera and put them side by side and you’ll see the difference.

Sorry for the delay. For some reason your email got sent to my spam folder. Yes,ive put the two cameras side by side and the pro 6 picture quality is still too bright.
