    <description>&lt;P&gt;Noted. &amp;nbsp;I called Arlo this morning and they are replacing the camera. &amp;nbsp;He said even if he could get the camera working, the camera not popping out of the case would still be cause for replacement. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the battery, I used 2 different ones. &amp;nbsp;The system comes online for about 5 or 10 minutes a few times a day. &amp;nbsp;I've restarted and reset multiple times. &amp;nbsp;I think something isn't physically connecting. &amp;nbsp;I'll know when I get the replacement. &amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Knocked offline with Pro 5S</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I have been using a single Pro 5S camera in my shop for the last 5 months. &amp;nbsp;I have 2 batteries so that I can always have one charged. &amp;nbsp;No problems. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I received a notice that the battery was low. &amp;nbsp;I swapped out the battery, but couldn't get the camera back online (black screen saying that the camera was offline). &amp;nbsp;I got it working after about 15 minutes but noticed that my feeds had actually ended maybe 2 hours earlier. &amp;nbsp;Before changing the battery I hadn't looked at a live view so really don't know if it went offline earlier or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The camera went offline again after about 10 minutes. &amp;nbsp;I had several feed images in that time frame so things were working. &amp;nbsp;I checked the camera remotely several times throughout the night but nothing. &amp;nbsp;When the person opening the shop this morning entered, the feed kicked on for several minutes but died again. &amp;nbsp;I couldn't get it back online. &amp;nbsp;I restarted 2 or 3 times. &amp;nbsp;I replaced the battery again for the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I just decided to delete the camera and re-install. &amp;nbsp;Now the problem is that in re-installing the camera, I can't get it to 'chime' when reading the QR code during the installation. &amp;nbsp;Any suggests? &amp;nbsp;Camera issue? &amp;nbsp;Was Arlo having a server problem? &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the blue LED briefly blink when first inserting the battery? How about at any other time as you try to get it going? Have you tried resetting the camera?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I tried restarting the camera a few times (before deleting it), but nothing happened. &amp;nbsp;When I insert the battery, I get a single blue blink, and then rapid blinking as I'm holding it in front of the QR code. &amp;nbsp; I've adjusted the brightness and I've tried various distancing, but no chime, no connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it lasted about 5 minutes. &amp;nbsp;I was in the process of setting the activity area and it went offline. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am noticing the pressing the button to release the cam from the case isn't really working properly. &amp;nbsp;In the past, I would push and it would pop out. &amp;nbsp;Now I press and I have to sort of pry it out. &amp;nbsp;I imagine it has nothing to do with the functioning of the camera, but...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
