Pro 5 camera and VMA56000 solar charger problem

I installed the VMA5600 solar charger and attached the magnetic plug to the camera. I do not see that the battery is charging. How can I correct that?

Also, is there a list/illustration of the icons (and meanings) that appear on the camera (when viewed under "devices")?

What is the battery level? If at 100% I believe the icon will just be the battery regardless of sun level. Here's the page with the icon meanings:
