Can someone please tell me why the speaker on Arlo pro 5 doesn't work?

Tested on Samsung galaxy 9 and 10..

The mic is working fine..

You may need to slog through both the camera audio settings as well as the phone's settings for the app permissions.

Already did that.

All permissions granted on my phone.

In Arlo app the mic is on and audio is at 100%!

Might be a Samsung thing (there have been a few other recent issues that may be related) but I'm not sure. I guess the next step could be to remove the camera and set it back up as if new to see if that helps. Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app could prove useful, too.

Of course, it could also be a faulty camera.

I will try to reinstall the app if that doesn't help i will return the device for a new one...If the problem doesn't go away i will claim a refund and go to another brand
