      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why doesn't my Arlo VMC4060 battery charge. I bought the Pro 5 2K a few days ago. Also why can't I access the subscription option on my app. I'm really dissapointed with this Arlo camera!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;FWIW, the two play stores ( both apple and google) take a massive cut of all app purchases. I believe the current percentage is around 30%.&amp;nbsp; So Arlo (and other subscription services) often don't use that method.&lt;/P&gt;
