I purchased 3 Arlo Pro Cameras with a base station several years ago and they have worked flawlessly. To be safe I purchased 4 Arlo Pro 5S 2K cameras to add to my system. I installed them through the app direct to WiFi as they would not recognize the base station. They seemed to work well for about 3 months then they suddenly went off line (all at the same time) leaving me with blank screens for the new cameras. The 3 older cameras continue to work fine. The device window shows the error message "camera off line." I have tried everything I know to try to connect to the Pro 5S 2K cameras without success, The cameras are located at a vacation cabin that I visit about every 3 months so I'm not able to spend a lot of time fixing things. Also Arlo keeps hijacking me on the app, trying to sell me their security plans, which I do not want. Any suggestions? Should I just scrap the system and get something else?

It sounds like you have no subscription for the new cameras, which is required for cloud recordings. Once the trial sub expires, you need to purchase a plan.

That said, the offline issue is unrelated. It may be due to a router configuration that changed (new router?) or just that the router needs to be rebooted.
