Pro 5s Audio events , I’ve been getting event notification for Audio

I’m getting events notifications for audio I don’t have audio on I’ve disabled it, and I continue to get a notification from audio in the audio is off. Any hints any chance of help, the rules don’t have audio doing anything but I still get an event notice almost every minute.

In your rules is Audio Detection actually disabled?

Arlo says Audio is off, Audio Setting are off, Default Mode Settings are off, on this cameras settings there is an Audio Detection setting but it doesn’t have an off. In the Rules for Arm Away the Audio Detection Rule for the camera are set to off and the comment stats “motion -> record and notification”.

I’ve been through a lot with these Arlos and I ve never hit this type of hurdle

The new Pro 5s - it has been installed for only 2 days and it’s the only camera sending an”audio” alert the support person was not the best
