Hello -

One of my Pro 5 cameras isn’t charging. The contacts are clean, and I swapped out original charger and cable with ones that I know work (because I just used it to charge another camera successfully). The camera’s blue light comes on while connected to the power source indicating the camera is receiving power.

i figure the next step is swapping out batteries, but it’s going to be a pain because it’s mounted up so high. Any additional suggestions before I get out the ladder?

Thank you

Hi @user530717

When did you purchase this device or battery that's being used with the device? By what you described, it sounds like the battery may be faulty. The best way to troubleshoot this would be to swap batteries with another camera if possible to see if it charges.
