    <description>&lt;P&gt;After saying pling to the code, it cannot find the camera. Under units it is however recognized, but offline. Cannot switch online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my other essential cameras Connect fine and doorbell that came with the camera. So not charged enough?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two suggestions, one easier than the other.&amp;nbsp; I have 4 Arlo Pro 5, bought a month apart.&amp;nbsp; I have over 60 WiFi devices, and the first time I disconnected 6 of them and was able to connect the 2 Arlos.&amp;nbsp; The second set I couldn't connect no matter what I tried.&amp;nbsp; I had a great Arlo support person who found a workaround.&amp;nbsp; You might call them and ask them to walk you through connecting using your phone as a hot spot!&amp;nbsp; This is what she had me do.&amp;nbsp; Once it was connected through the hot spot I had to go back to the app where each camera was showing my WiFi network, and I had to select the network.&amp;nbsp; The two new cameras work perfectly! Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
