      <title>Arlo Pro 5 – Live view &amp; motion stop working on continuous power after latest firmware (1.060.35.0_2</title>

&lt;P&gt;Both of my Arlo Pro 5 cameras are showing the same recurring issue, which started &lt;STRONG&gt;immediately after the last firmware update&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before the update, both cameras worked perfectly even on continuous power.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the firmware update (current version: &lt;STRONG&gt;1.060.35.0_26_fe51ebd&lt;/STRONG&gt;), when connected to continuous power (with any Arlo official charging cable), after a few hours &lt;STRONG&gt;live view and video recording stop working&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cameras remain connected (I can still access settings and restart them remotely), but video and motion detection are completely disabled until a manual restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When running only on battery, the cameras work perfectly with no issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additional details:&lt;BR /&gt;• Model: Arlo Pro 5&lt;BR /&gt;• Firmware: 1.060.35.0_26_fe51ebd (issue only appears after this update)&lt;BR /&gt;• Camera #1: updated yesterday → issue started immediately after update&lt;BR /&gt;• Camera #2: was still on previous firmware and worked fine → updated last night and now shows the exact same issue&lt;BR /&gt;• Both cameras were purchased separately and come from &lt;STRONG&gt;different production batches/series&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;• Connection: tested both via Arlo SmartHub (model 4540) and direct Wi-Fi → same issue in both cases&lt;BR /&gt;• Wi-Fi network: stable and strong (Swisscom Internet Box)&lt;BR /&gt;• Troubleshooting already attempted: Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz only, IPv6 disabled, DHCP fixed IP, factory reset, reinstallation, SmartHub installation → none resolved the problem&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;STRONG&gt;Tested with different official Arlo chargers and cables&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;BR /&gt; – Arlo Outdoor Cable 7.6 m&lt;BR /&gt; – Arlo Indoor Cable 2.4 m&lt;BR /&gt; – Original short charging cable included with the camera&lt;BR /&gt;→ The issue occurs with all of them&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This clearly confirms that the problem is a &lt;STRONG&gt;firmware bug introduced in the latest version (1.060.35.0_26_fe51ebd)&lt;/STRONG&gt; affecting continuous power mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise on a solution or provide information on an upcoming firmware fix.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to:&lt;BR /&gt;- Start a live stream and it stops or is the live stream not clickable?&lt;BR /&gt;- Is motion detected but it's not recording?&lt;BR /&gt;- Are your mode rules changing themselves, stopping motion recordings?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I just received a pack of three Pro 5 2K cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When connected with my power cable, they charge, but the Live function doesn't work, nor does motion detection. However, the cameras are connected because you can still adjust them and change modes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I unplug the cable to leave them on battery power, everything works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem persists whether I connect directly via Wi-Fi or via my Smart Hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried doing a factory reset, but nothing changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is your charger capacity are you using to charge the cameras?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the charger is a light weight then you may not be able to run and charge the camera at the same time. A cable that’s too long can cause a similar issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brand new Pro 5 2k - model H53&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They stop working when I plug the cable, I tried with many cables (short / long) but always the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way is to let the camera on battery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find a quick fix, it’s not acceptable to sell products with this kind of bug !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I see that if in camera setting (device information) I desactivate the light (blue led) when battery is fully charged, the issue is appening but if i activate the led indicator the issue stops.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is a combination between being plugged with power cable + light indicator when fully charged DESACTIVATED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to do some other test to be sure at 100 % but i'm quite sure that's the combination who create the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had about 3 cameras over the years and never had this issue. Internet is fine, set up is fine, subscription is updated, power supply perfect&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But just won't record and store in the events section of the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
